1. Nature of Service

AI Studio Craft offers a software-based subscription service and API access. Once your WhatsApp Business API account is onboarded or the platform is activated, services are considered delivered.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Setup and onboarding charges

Custom chatbot development

WhatsApp Business API charges paid to Meta

Platform access once credentials are shared

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be granted if:

You are charged but did not receive any service.

Duplicate transactions occurred.

You cancel before activation and onboarding begins.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

Email billing@aistudiocraft.in within 7 days of the transaction.

Provide payment details and reason for refund.

We’ll respond within 5 working days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
